What if I can't upload a file because it's too big?

The file size limit for uploads to an application form question is 20MB and the accepted file types:

.doc / .docx / .gif / .html / .jpeg / .jpg / .odt / .pdf / .png / .ppt / .pptx / .rtf / .tiff / .txt / .xls / .xlsx / .zip

If your file is bigger than the acceptable size here is some suggestions:

• Compress your file/s to a .zip type to make them smaller. You will find multiple compression tools online like 7-Zip or WinRAR.
• If this is a video recording you could record it in lower quality as this can often significantly reduce the size of the file.
